When am I able to play at Trapped?

You can come and play anytime, any day or maybe every day?

Do remember to make a booking on our website first before coming down.

• What are your opening hours?

We open at 11am every day.

Sunday to Monday we close at 10pm but we do have late games should you need a little brain wrecking time before heading back to work the next day.

Friday and Saturday, we close at 11pm, but come on, who wants to go home early on a weekend with no work the next day? We have slots up to 1am for all you nocturnal peeps.

• Will you allow more time if we come late?

Should you come late, we are only allowed to hold your room for up to 10minutes only. Your timer will immediately start regardless of if you are here or not. You will not be given more time as it might snowball into the next game.

We will remind you of your booking in the morning and will ask you to come down 10 minutes before the game starts. This is so that we can take payment and do a short briefing before we start your game.

• Will there be any penalty if I need to cancel a booking?

There won’t be any penalty, but do take the courtesy to call in advance so that we can pass your slot to others.

• Will I be merged with another group?

In lieu of the Covid-19 situation, there won’t be any merging of groups. This is to adhere to the safe distancing guidelines and to ensure there is limited contact.
