Safety measures in the shopping mall and escape room

Phase 2 is here and Trapped Escape Room Games Singapore has reopened!

Of course, there are safety measures that we take very seriously- just like when you enter any shopping mall in Singapore and have your temperature as well as proof that you checked in via Safe Entry. Well, there’s no exception here!

Not only that, we get everyone (players and staff included) to sanitise their hands before and after each game. We also sanitise everything from drawers, cabinet, tables and down to each and every prop in the room before and after each game! (We have an exhaustive checklist to do to make sure we got it all done)

We also air the room for at least thirty minutes before welcoming another as an extra precaution. This also means that you get to enjoy the game stress-free knowing we’ve done our part to keep the game rooms cleaned and sanitized. We have a strict “no mask, no escape room game Singapore” policy. Not only that, we have added the necessary COVID-19 questionnaire in our waiver form that you have to fill up before taking entering the outlet.

At any given time, there can only be one group in the shop and strictly one group per room- so no more merging games with other people! Each room can only be occupied by at most 5 people per room to minimise mass gathering. We also ensure that there is a 1-metre spacing at any given time whether its briefing you prior to your games; or taking payment.
